The company is great, benefits are awesome, management has questionable solutions that do not fix root of problems (more like work around problems). What seems logical to most people, Management views it as irrational suggestions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Retirement, bonuses, and PTO are all great benefits
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Equality and Trust in the team. Also better training regiment for new employees
What makes you most happy at work?
Automation and knowing what to do wveryday to make the day sucessful. There is no hidden agendas and having a vision towards what needs to be done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No favoritism, dont being personal issues to work. Bringing personal drama and creating friends to talk about drama within work place. Overall, its best to not be friends outside of work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop hiring new people that are above pay and promoted to have them trained by experienced and quality workers that deserve to be promoted. It downgrades incentives and motivation for veterens in the work place.
