Company culture is great. I like it here and plan to be here for a long time. Compensation is competitive but I would like to see improvement in benefits (separate sick time, better insurance plans)

Compensation is fair for the market. I'm sure I could get more elsewhere but I have no reason to look because I like my team and my boss.
