I love Mannkind. They created a drug that is life changing and not willing to give up even when the going gets tough. I love being the little engine that could because we can reach higher market share it is just strong conviction to never give up.

We are all partners and fighting for the same goal. It is healthy competition vs ruthless competition

Helping patients and having doctors find a new strategy in helping their patients with TYPE 1 or TYPE 2 DM
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable. You can call them on their cell phone and discuss any issues or concerns you might be having. It is a very open door policy where you feel like your voice can be heard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus compensation - however, I still think it should be paid on performance and who makes the most money for the organization. I understand the growth equation but for high performers it isn't as easy to grow and you have to support the sales professional who is making the most dollar value.
