Love my job, my team, my immediate management and being given opportunities to make a difference. However, the overall culture in Danbury is not good, people are not held accountable for behaviors and they do not work as an overall team. This has been going on for years.

I love my job and my team. I am thankful to be able to make a positive difference in the work we are responsible for the company and patients.

They are approachable and have moved the company forward in a positive direction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to make a positive impact, given many opportunities to take on additional responsibility, my immediate team is amazing!

The open communications and transparency. They are approachable and are moving the company in the right direction for a bright future!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO including time off such as 2 weeks of paid break in the summer and holidays. The bonus is very good!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My functional work team, making a positive difference and impact in the work we are responsible for including the overall organization and patients.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be held accountable for unprofessional poor behavior and not adhering to the company values creating a toxic environment. They should not be rewarded with promotions or advancement which contributes to bad morale.

They are unprofessional , egocentric and care only about themselves, exhibiting bullying behavior which creates a toxic work environment. They need to be held accountable for behaviors and upholding the values. Doesn't seem important to Danbury.
