- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There are too many issues to list. Executive team is hoping beyond hope that sales will work out, but it is unlikely. Operationally, things have deteriorated to a point where the survival of this business unit is questionable. Productization is going poorly, so failure is becoming more likely.
