Leadership Reviews

Listening and supporting ideas for change, clearer reporting lines within region.

Compensation Reviews

increased salary, more EB and a better work envieroment

The current culture is fear-based. It will take turnover at the top of MGTI to change that and unfortunately the recent appointment of leadership was a step further in the wrong direction.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

The training process is fine but once you get onto the floor say goodbye to any feeling of respect from your employers.
