A very well put together team.
Teaching me ways to imorive
Better communication, effective leadership, interpersonal skills, team building, support efforts to boost productivity and raise corporate morale by offering rewards and recognition to its employees.
Everything and i mean that its very understandable that they dont know what their job titles are and what they are suppose to be doing
Communication. treating employees fairly and with respect. Promoting from within. Give credit to those who deserve it. Follow the. Company policy on inclusion and diversity and not simply giving it verbiage.
Actually doing their jobs and not breaking the law
Communication goals with the team
I run circles arond the building every single day, tackling situations for managers and customers. I even had to clean blood with no sanatation products handy, after I asked for help with the injured customer.
It's based on individuality not everyone feels the same the work that is put in day in and day out must be valued and respected
I am a part time employee I give 100% and beyond at Marshalls and my concerns are not addressed concerning a key holder who used her privilege to attack a minor who was my daughter and when question she lied 2 other shoppers heard her and how disrespectful she was.
Review from Sales Dept
Well, my benefits were termed before I finished employment.
Team I love my co workers. They are helpful and kind. Not sure "team" was referring to that
We work well as a team.
Mostly positive attitudes excluding management The cashier/associate employees are very supportive and kind general management and corporate should take notes

They need new managers that support and motivate
Coming to work and doing your part
Sales skills, people skills, and overall training in their jobs
I feel like i'm in a family environment.
There is none unless your working alone
People that work at the company who really love retail but have to leave because of the culture you must always encourage employees that they are the best people and our valued no matter what walk up life they come from we each bring value
Better management communications and raises
Interview process was fine I hadn't applied for a job in many years because I worked in the financial district all of my life and so retail with something different.
He said everything he thought I wanted to hear
It was a comfortable interview
The part that I liked the most was that. The interviewer was very down to earth, and did not ask you the very generic interview questions you typically hear. What the interviewer did was get to know you as a person and ask you behavior questions which can show how you do or do not handle issues.
The person interviewing you would bring positive feedback about how they like their job and how many possibilities there are to grow with the company
Have the process move quicker on the company's side.
My customers (most times) and my co-workers. I love it when we have a stress free day. My customers like me
Retail should be a fun place to work when everyone gets along when work is fun and not a job you enjoy coming to work mental health is not affected
the people I work with also the customers

Everything is wrong. Can only be improved by going out of business.
