What did you like most about the interview process?Interview process was fine I hadn't applied for a job in many years because I worked in the financial district all of my life and so retail with something different.
What makes you most happy at work?My customers (most times) and my co-workers. I love it when we have a stress free day. My customers like me
What are some of the best things about your team?Team I love my co workers. They are helpful and kind. Not sure "team" was referring to that
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I run circles arond the building every single day, tackling situations for managers and customers. I even had to clean blood with no sanatation products handy, after I asked for help with the injured customer.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Better communication, effective leadership, interpersonal skills, team building, support efforts to boost productivity and raise corporate morale by offering rewards and recognition to its employees.
