Better communication, effective leadership, interpersonal skills, team building, support efforts to boost productivity and raise corporate morale by offering rewards and recognition to its employees.

Everything and i mean that its very understandable that they dont know what their job titles are and what they are suppose to be doing

Communication. treating employees fairly and with respect. Promoting from within. Give credit to those who deserve it. Follow the. Company policy on inclusion and diversity and not simply giving it verbiage.
