Everything. Start with focusing on the product, then culture (act like a grownup company, not a cadre of Marie Antoinettes).

Put children first. Think about the company before yourself. Without it, there are no jobs.

They are not the best and brightest. They only care about themselves and do not think of consequences beyond getting their way.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

CEO and HR are extremely soulless. Company culture is toxic.

Wrong CEO and senior leadership. The board needs to be changed completely. Everyone seems to have forgotten that we make toys for KIDS.

COMPANY IS IN A TURNAROUND MODE AND THAT'S NEVER EASY. NEW SYSTEMS DON'T INTERACT WITH THE OLD ONES THAT DIDN'T WORK. DATA IS STILL NOT CORRECT OR BEING RECEIVED IN A TIMELY FASHION NEEDED TO MEET DEADLINES

Stale management. Marketing execs run the company. They act like petty children. Why is the COO sharing the CEO's office? That is a bad sign
