Positive and every one could be authentic!
Knowing that we make a difference in the lives of children
The collaborative environment. No silos.
Half day Fridays are the best thing. If they ever take them away, there will be a mass exodus.

Avoid letting HR managers go by the old school.
CEO and HR are extremely soulless. Company culture is toxic.

Respect for each other (not just upper management), putting the product before the marketing, having a real vision and set of values that are meaningful to the entire employee population.

BETTER ACCESS TO ACCURATE INFORMATION, BE IT OPERATIONS OR LOGISTICS
Be ethical. Develop real values and make them important, not window dressing. Communicate better and more often. Show respect to each other.
