My team is great, but that's because we are "low level" (below VP) and work collaboratively, checking our egos and practicing the golden rule.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Adapt to modern day systems and tools.
Put children first. Think about the company before yourself. Without it, there are no jobs.
They are not the best and brightest. They only care about themselves and do not think of consequences beyond getting their way.
