What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Be ethical. Develop real values and make them important, not window dressing. Communicate better and more often. Show respect to each other.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Lead by example. Make better products. Have & focus on a cohesive strategy. Don't chase shiny objects. Get new GC, COO. Less marketing staff

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Stale management. Marketing execs run the company. They act like petty children. Why is the COO sharing the CEO's office? That is a bad sign

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Men run Mattel, even now with a female CEO. Men are paid higher for the same job. I have seen it in spreadsheets and heard "reasons" voiced.
