Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am overworked and I'm not getting paid on time like I'm supposed to and I'm wondering why I should stay here working for free

Review from Customer Support Dept

Because i do a lot more then whats asked of me. I feel like if a new general manager were appointed every employee would benefit physically and mentally a lot better

I feel as if im not appreciated as much as most other employees and im not being paid for the work I do.

I fell undervalued because this has been a long going problem that needs to be dealt with. No raise in 3 years, disrespectful to employees that eventually make them quit. But this is solely about how people are treated by upper management Randa& Sierra. Rude comments to employees who have cried.

A better workplace attitude across the broad ive tried being nice and asking qestions but its becomeing increasingly obvious that your team leaders probably have such a high turn over rate in my area is due to them

Nobody listens and nothing is ever done. Corporate doesn't do anything about the way their employees are treated

Habing managers acting like leaders and less like tyrants

I feel undervalued as a worker due to the tiresome shifts and getting the bare minimum breaks and pay.

Because people who work hard should get sick leave.

I'd feel better if I were paid more. At the moment I make less than a McDonald's employee, and they are historically worse about compensating employees. I'd also feel better if my managers listened to their employees and worked with them on issues, rather than gaslighting them.

They don't provide benefits for part-time employees even though we sometimes work 35-40 hours a week. No praises, or room to grow. Shift leaders are not treated fairly by the managers and employees most of the time.

i feel undervalued because i was given a opportunity to work at a place where workers is needed but when given the job i have just been going in a circle trying to explain a very obvious reason as to why Im frustrated about my scheduling.

Paid time off would be nice

I dont have any stock or equity or benefits we dont even get our employee discount sometimes But the pay was alright

Review from Sales Dept

Budgetary and consistent hours, and zero retribution for having to take obviously necessary days off I signed on for part time, but I am 50 years old, and still have bills to pay.

More money, treat your people better, stop working them like mules, and give them lunch breaks!

Higher hourly pay and ti be paid weekly

If I could go in to work without feeling like I am going to have to stand up for myself and others. It would make the pay worth it.

My pay is OK, but i have been promised a raise and promotion that has never come. I feel like they keep adding work for me to do so I can fail so they they can say "see that is why we can't promote you. I cry at work often. No one cares. So im forces to fill this thing out.

Review from Product Dept

Constantly worked to the bone with low pay. Management doesn't seem to understand how to order or schedule properly. Appliances are falling apart and management doesn't seem to care or put work orders in for anything.
