Talking to and meeting people.

Talking to the customers and leaving at the end of my shift.

When everything is running smoothly and everyone is doing their part. When I can honestly sleep well at night knowing that my bills are paid, my responsibilities were handled, I have time with my family and friends and my co-workers feel satisfied as well

My regulars i love when they come in its the best and making my customers smile

Customers and working with my manager, but NOT my supervisor whi likes to make me feel small. I have complained several times, ithers hsve told me they complain, but still she gets away with it. She must have friends at the top.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company needs to be more organized and work with their employers

By getting friendlier staff in place of the current leads

Having managers acting like so and not like kids,

Not enough workers but not because there arent enough hired. They chose to send people home when its busy out the door so they can save money therefore people wait over an hour for a sandwhich. Thats ridiculous. Youre losing money ding dong

Practically everything could use a benefit, management, hours, and pay.

The stores failed 2 health tests and customers complain about the quality of their food all the time

Better management starting at the regional manager an down!

Wait times are long and the general management is terrible.

Retrain management to actually care about the store and their employees.

Have people that want to train and develop your team

Management needs to respect each other more and communicate with each other more, if not, the regular employees aren’t going to understand what’s going on, what needs to be done

Certain management. They can be lazy. unhelpful, moody and ungrateful. Having them change their mindset and their skill set. Have them stop hanging out in the office with other employees that feel like they can do whatever they want and help those up front that need help or simply do their job.
