Started off okay, and then there was a GM handoff and things have gone downhill ever since.

Retrain management to actually care about the store and their employees.

Talking about how bad management is and handling things without their input.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Constantly worked to the bone with low pay. Management doesn't seem to understand how to order or schedule properly. Appliances are falling apart and management doesn't seem to care or put work orders in for anything.
