(At my store) managers are terrible with scheduling, have little accountability, and ask people to come in and handle food while sick.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team itself is mostly great. Most non management is very friendly and helpful, with a few exceptions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd feel better if I were paid more. At the moment I make less than a McDonald's employee, and they are historically worse about compensating employees. I'd also feel better if my managers listened to their employees and worked with them on issues, rather than gaslighting them.
