The only positive aspects of my company are the friendships with some and the respect from some.
We are all from different backgrounds and all different ages, but make everything work between experience and customer service.
Management needs to respect each other more and communicate with each other more, if not, the regular employees aren’t going to understand what’s going on, what needs to be done
The only way I feel undervalued is by being a shift lead manager and having other managers disrespect me by believing I’m not experienced enough with McAlisters as a manager, even
