There are some very talented and kind people at McKesson. Unforutantely, this behavior is not recognized in the BMC and the good people leave or have no career opportunities as Bonnie Jacobs only promotes those who mirror her behaviors.
Collaboration is met with enthusiam and a genuine desire to solve and come up with solutions. Everyone is very involved
