Treat people better even if sales are below target

We claim to be a top f1 team but pay is at the bottom of the pay scale compared to the other teams.

You are seen as just a number. Give staff a reason to push and work harder rather than giving false promises about progression and incentives for rewards.

The pay is very low for the area you live in to work at McLaren. Pay rises are rare and the bonus scheme is determined by managers who are inclined to line their friends and own pockets

We work in the medical facility yet we are required to pay for all or our health insurance.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Some great talent amongst the team, but they are few and far between!

They have the best smiles

You build some strong working relations in such a tough environment

We work well as a team and try to help each other when we can. This can be difficult with the company always looking to reduce tact times

Management needs to stop hiring people based on who brown noses and who is a favorite and hire people based on their work ethic.

Less gossip. Ask for help. Be polite and professional

There is absolutely nothing positive at McLaren that I can think of.

The culture is very toxic and a large amount of people go off with stress annually. The only positive thing about the company is the badge

it's a top heavy corporation that makes it clear they do not care about staff or patients. top management delivering cookies does not improve morale, possibly if they asked staff how they could help and truly listened and tried to understand, morale would improve

The management need accountability. Currently they make up their own rules and can get away with whatever they want. They regularly infringe on the workers rights
