We claim to be a top f1 team but pay is at the bottom of the pay scale compared to the other teams.
You are seen as just a number. Give staff a reason to push and work harder rather than giving false promises about progression and incentives for rewards.
The pay is very low for the area you live in to work at McLaren. Pay rises are rare and the bonus scheme is determined by managers who are inclined to line their friends and own pockets

Surrounded by supercars and having McLaren on your cv
There is absolutely nothing positive at McLaren that I can think of.
The culture is very toxic and a large amount of people go off with stress annually. The only positive thing about the company is the badge
Work well and respect each other
it's a top heavy corporation that makes it clear they do not care about staff or patients. top management delivering cookies does not improve morale, possibly if they asked staff how they could help and truly listened and tried to understand, morale would improve
Focus on employee welfare and reward not just what looks good on management graphs.
Being interviewed by peer employees
The questions were very abstract and made me think
That the whole team is pretty kind
Quick and easy, straight forward
Ease of scheduling and I felt welcomed
It takes HR MONTHS to get resumes sent over and to get interviews conducted.
Engineering excellence when left to do our jobs
Getting to help the team improve
Seeing customers happy coming in To get the McLaren
Dialy interaction with the customers
Seeing coworkers, the knowledge that I'm advancing medical practices and helping people.
Bad management and quality concerns
The management need accountability. Currently they make up their own rules and can get away with whatever they want. They regularly infringe on the workers rights
Short staffed and high patient acuity
