Everyone believes in team work. We work together to problem solve.
Very racially-charged organization. Many of the employees don't give a second thought to throwing people under the bus.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customers from rural areas, and are forced to go through a DMV-like process. This, in turn, causes them to unload on staff.
