What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone believes in team work. We work together to problem solve.
Very racially-charged organization. Many of the employees don't give a second thought to throwing people under the bus.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical plan is much better than prior years
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customers from rural areas, and are forced to go through a DMV-like process. This, in turn, causes them to unload on staff.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was thorough and inviting.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing my job to the best of my ability and making sure the guest enjoy their experience.
