I am recently new to the company and it has been a challenge getting to know the unique approach to construction here at Menemsha. I do find it a bit frustrating when people advise you to ask questions if i don't understand, and then they get frustrated with you when you ask the questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
hybrid work and being able to work from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are well spoken and have a great attitude towards the company's team dynamic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to be a hybrid worker, and work from home a few times a week,
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Improve on privacy and staying focused on one's self in lieu of being in other people's business and being overly nosey towards when others come and go.
