Everyone is very open and candid but there is mutual respect across the divisions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're always working on exciting projects with clients that are aggressively growing. Its fun to be part of that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've been with the company for over 10 years. My comp package seems to be very complete. I'm happy with my pay, regular performance reviews, paid health insurance and a 401K plan.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership cares about my work and home balance. Some of us work in the office and others work remote. But my manager is flexible with remote work during times when I need it for personal reasons.
