We work very hard but we still joke around and have fun in construciton services I know Architecture and Survey is a different atmosphere and much more quiet and controlled.

Pay, 401k Medical and Dental, I am getting offers from other GCs and 100% of this is paid for by other GCs (wtih the offers i am getting based on project experience)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is fast and fun and you are never bored, it is a challenging work environment but commerical construction is fast and fun so that was not a suprise Long work hours, challenging projects, challenging construction managers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They trust who they put in as a project manager and trust that they care and are doing the best job they an to turn the project over. They invest in their team and as a result the employees know there managers and the upper management trust them and will back them.
