I come in, do my work without being micromanaged.

Not sure. Company culture is not shown publicly, and I have never heard it talked about.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To be fair we have a decent range of paid holidays. I think depending upon how technical your project is our pay rate and benefits may not be in line with other company's.
