When I have a question whether it be work related or otherwise I can call on a coworker and we can work together to figure out the best solution.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the job runs smoothly and when it doesnt coming up with a solution and solving the problem. Seeing the finish works of the job makes me happy also.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Theres room to grow and learn. Alot of my supervisors are open to suggestions and are understanding of the work environment. I can count on positive and encouraging reinforcement with problem solving situations.
