What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparent approach put in action, is above anything I have ever seen before. They are a friendly, approachable & humble group of people, who really want to lead for and with their employees, not just manage a company.
They are transparent, work with a bottom-up approach, they provide clarity. They always want to learn and improve. They role model inclusion and humbleness.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The all-dimensional approach, where so many things are included, but without you feeling you have ti "live at work" as a trade-off.
Equal for everyone and extensive
That it is both on a high level regarding the important stuff - like salary, pension, health insurances, parental top-up etc. + that it adds the extra things, as free lunch and the possibility to go to a one month relocation every year to another European city.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary increase would make me feel better compensated
