While the day-to-day colleague experience is pleasant, the disconnected, self-serving management culture is nothing short of a toxic dumpsite. In hindsight, I am thankful that I made it through the majority of my career at multiple firms before I experienced a morally bankrupt, unethical boss.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to take a deep look at employee turnover. Their precept of doing the right thing is an unfounded illusion as they chronically fail at ethics and acting in the best interest of the firm's clients.
