Our CEO Martine Ferland is smart, dynamic and engaged across many levels at our company. She's approachable and her energy is motivating.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People who stay at Mercer continue to earn below market value. My comp hasn't changed in the 6+ years I've worked there while my job and responsibilities have expanded considerably. Formula's and pay ranges are not retention tools. We loose folks who've been there awhile due to better pay elsewhere.
