Higher pay rate, less people involved in process

I was paid 104k last yr doing a simpler job and getting overti.e. i have a more complex job now and am making 74k

Stop cutting broker pay, while increasing middle management and CEO comp

They should stop cutting us

Review from Finance Dept

For the amount of work we do, the pay is not enough

Review from Operations Dept

More stock based compensation and less long term deferred comp

My base salary is subpar compared with other firms.

Review from Finance Dept

I don’t feel undervalued. I just don’t have any stock options

Review from Finance Dept

They dumb it down to lowest producer

Review from Finance Dept

Make less then 40k a year with no stock / shares benefits.

Review from Finance Dept

Development program participants who aren’t on a team are unable to receive Bank leads, are asked to grow moreso than established advisors who are more likely to to have established referral sources. Bass Ackwards.

Review from Sales Dept

Comp changes every year for the Bank & Merrill, increased goals & lower payout. B of A is continuously cutting our resources to acquire new clients & proved a level of service B of A & Merrill clients are accustom to & deserve. Banks under staffed & Merrill needs more CA's for producing/ growing FAs
