Unfortunately our team, managers that are in our building our great, but the rest of the company doesn't really care about the very people who do the work for them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My managers are great. Just the people above them needs to start thinking about us is as people, not numbers, with lives who depend on our jobs. Too easy for them to cut jobs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Good work environment with good people. We are all like a family. We all have been there for 10-40 years because the turn over rate is small. Because it is a good job for our area.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although I could be a paid a little better, and lately Metlife is cutting jobs, and consolidating to certian areas. Feels like im just a number to them, and they arent thinking about thier employees. They are just thinking about thier bottom line. Before that, good company with great benefits.
