My managers are great. Just the people above them needs to start thinking about us is as people, not numbers, with lives who depend on our jobs. Too easy for them to cut jobs.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We still have a pension plan!

Although I could be a paid a little better, and lately Metlife is cutting jobs, and consolidating to certian areas. Feels like im just a number to them, and they arent thinking about thier employees. They are just thinking about thier bottom line. Before that, good company with great benefits.

We all get along and work together well

Unfortunately our team, managers that are in our building our great, but the rest of the company doesn't really care about the very people who do the work for them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home all the time, so my environment is great, I don't listen to gossip and I don't have people stopping by to talk.

The company culture is pretty great. Cost of living raises would be nice.

Good work environment with good people. We are all like a family. We all have been there for 10-40 years because the turn over rate is small. Because it is a good job for our area.

This job is very stressful! Talking to people who are sick and in pain, that don't want to talk to you or listen is very frustrating.
