Worst job I ever worked, and I've been in the industry for 20 years.

Allow options to work remotely, or flex schedule, improve processes, or straight up remove them.

Develop leaders, not bosses. People are afraid of failing and there's no improvement from that.

Coworkers make it worth showing up to the office. Problem is, they are just as stressed as everyone else.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This is the worst place I have ever worked. Useless metric gathering, no potential for growth, and too many policies in place to stifle improvement.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bosses are bosses, they are NOT leaders. They don't care about employees and will do whatever they can to climb their way to the top. They will no sooner throw you under the bus so their records are clean.
