I went there to get more family time and quickly rose up through the ranks by revamping training. Now my position is nothing like when I started it and I am unhappy.

When it is time to go home.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
23 PTO days a year plus company 401k and pension

They are easy to get ahold of when you need them and they visit regularly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was pretty straightforward. If they told you they would call you or let you know something on agiven date then they did.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People do not take criticism well. They take everything personally. Also people are not quick to help others out without a lot of prodding
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much to say about it. We do a lot of potlucks and try to expose to others cultures but not a lot of effort goes in to it
