  • Since they are a private company they do not share even with employees what their results are, so I do not know if they are going or if it is just an appearance. They do not know to taken constructive criticism to help develop the company and move it to the next level. Since they have so many family members working there, they do not want to make any of them look bad which results in no changes.

  • They make you fill out a personality test, and then a couple of basic interview questions. Then you are lucky if you hear back within 3 weeks.

  • At the low-level employees there is plenty, but in leadership, it is non-existent for the most part. They put family members in leadership role even though they are not qualified.
