What part of MetTel's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Since they are a private company they do not share even with employees what their results are, so I do not know if they are going or if it is just an appearance. They do not know to taken constructive criticism to help develop the company and move it to the next level. Since they have so many family members working there, they do not want to make any of them look bad which results in no changes.
What's the interview process like at MetTel?
Long and extremely disorganized.
What interview questions does MetTel ask?
They make you fill out a personality test, and then a couple of basic interview questions. Then you are lucky if you hear back within 3 weeks.
What's the company culture like at MetTel?
It favors the family members and goes against the other employees.
What benefits does MetTel provide?
Healthcare(Extremely expensive) 401k 3% match when you put in 6%. That is it. Nothing more.
How's the work life balance at MetTel?
There is none. They want you working all the time without any additional income

The only challenging thing was to get leadership to give you what the vision was for the company and actually stay to it for longer then a week.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at MetTel?
They expect you to work 65-70 hours a week, and be happy about it.
How's the feedback proccess at MetTel?
None existent. They have one person that is the recruiter/HR person.
How secure do you feel at your job at MetTel?
There is no job security at MetTel. They will replace you if they can find someone to do your job for less money.

None. The employee benefits are very far from on average, especially in the NYC area.
How much diversity is there among employees at MetTel?
At the low-level employees there is plenty, but in leadership, it is non-existent for the most part. They put family members in leadership role even though they are not qualified.
