What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to asking questions, however, not open to change. Decisions are are always final. Lower level management does want to help but cannot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Executives change things to better suit themselves no matter how it hurts the the little guys. Seniority means nothing and hire people on degrees not actual work environment knowledge. Pay people who know the business not on degrees. Take care financially of the ones who do the hard work.
