Everything about working at MGM is nice.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication & Transparency. Should be focused and center on our Guests but often are ladder climbing at the expense of culture and delivery wow.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is my insurance, it covers myself and my children! Because my husband has the same insurance (Culinary) we rarely pay out of pocket!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our company talks about equal pay but women's salary is woefully less that that of male peers. People are not rewarded for delivering, only manipulating/politics. Loyalty isn't rewarded, I would need to leave and work for a competitor and return to be paid what my position average pay is.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They have amazing Product Instincts, and advocate for the customer no matter what opposition gets thrown by our organization.

Flatten the org and stop talking about our transformation and actually transform.

The company culture itself is not that good. The people are just nasty or at least my coworkers are. There are some polite people, but lately there has been things goin on at work. There was a supervisor that was sexually harassing a coworker.
