Good balance of salary, short term and long term incentives as well as the investment opportunity with employee stock purchasing program.

Overall compenation is decent with average base pay, but good bonus and stock equity

Benefits and vacation are nice. Slightly behind in compensation. RSUs are based on stack ranking which if you have bias in your management chain, it means you're sunk.

I can get much more stock compensation at other companies, although my bonus and base pay seem to be within the right range.
