What is the best part about your compensation package?

The employee stock purchase plan is excellent, however, I think the health/dental insurance is even better

What makes you most happy at work?

I love actually doing my job when the many negative aspects aren't getting in the way

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

People need to have hope of moving up in the company, and in pay. Management needs to realize that their actions create a negative culture. Mostly through micro-management and a general attitude of mistrust and focusing on the negative

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There's no enthusiasm, and nobody has any incentive to improve our work area, or go above and beyond the bare minimum. Some employees go out of their way to make others look bad in an effort to make themselves look better, and management unknowingly plays into this.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to learn how to judge their employees ability better, as well as how to trust the employees that are experts in their fields. We often receive direction from management on how to fix problems that doesn't make sense to those who understand the nuts and bolts of the problem fully.
