Micron has done much better financially under the new CEO but the culture has suffered greatly. The cronyism at the top goes against the culture of "non-bias" that they preach. Upward movement is almost impossible unless you have a former company on your resume.

End of day we go out and hang with the team.

typically is a fair process, the questions are the same for all candidates.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Cronyism, woke culture, covid policy and stacked ranking systems have really brought down the house.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working, smart folks that have stuck around through all the management changes. Lots of good memories working on cool projects with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits and vacation are nice. Slightly behind in compensation. RSUs are based on stack ranking which if you have bias in your management chain, it means you're sunk.
