Since it changed owners it has gone downhill. Corporate owners need to communicate with store managers on the effectiveness of ordering process and inner goings on within the company.

Workers do not have a sense of urgency, loyalty, or friendliness to customers.

Not all team members are treated equally. Stressful at times. Pay is not equal to work put in.
