I love the technology and applying it to help customers

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are doing nothing to innovate. Cloud offering is a disaster.

Sales sells solutions that are not available or are not as sold. Weak managers who were able to schmooze their way into a job with Mitel got kept and keep pushing their ineffective ideas or do nothing at all
