Consistent payment, achievable bonuses, not just when employees are leaving en masse

Real raises and stock compensation.

If they paid closer to industry standard and paid women and men equally.

Many unqualified coworkers which are yes people willing to take the abuse.

Low performers are not coached or corrected. They continue to make mistakes and nothing is done about it.

Sales sells solutions that are not available or are not as sold. Weak managers who were able to schmooze their way into a job with Mitel got kept and keep pushing their ineffective ideas or do nothing at all
