What is the best part about your compensation package?
ability to earn market comp while working form home

Overall, the package is fantastic (both in terms of salary, stock, and benefits) but would like a larger 401K match.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a ton. I could do even more with a greater voice. I have a lot of equity and I think that is supposed to help but it only does if there is a liquidity event.

I know with certainty that I am being paid less than my male peer who was hired a year after me and who does not have direct experience for his role, whereas I had substantial. Determining pay based on location-oriented salary bands enables gender, race, and age bias and inequity among team members.

As tier-1 Leader of a specific POD (compliance & HOS), there is no help from the enablement department in training and creating values in the POD. We do not have any training material or sessions conducted for POD specifics. Similarly for QA. Due to this, I have to take over their responsibilities.
