Same as I've said. Amazing people that are smart and empathetic working towards a commendable mission.

They're intelligent, talented, high EQ, and driven. The people at Motive are the best part of Motive.

People and getting shit done to make our company more mature and efficent so we can keep achieving our mission.

There's an amazing amount of empathy and shared values to reach an admirable goal together and we are good at prioritizing based on our resources and capabilities b
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a ton. I could do even more with a greater voice. I have a lot of equity and I think that is supposed to help but it only does if there is a liquidity event.
