I feel my team is being scapegoated as the reason why other teams are not successful in their goals. This has led to unrealistic expectations for my team. The company could do a better job of building collaboration between teams instead of pitting them against each other.

Lack of visible female leadership. We do not have enough females working in leadership roles at Motive and it leads to unconscious biases in the workplace. I don't know how many times this gets brought up but there has been zero visible action or improvement.
