What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire more people with extensive qualifications but also high emotional intelligence. Show us you're invested in diversity by hiring more women and POC in leadership and executive positions. Allow more opportunities for employees to lift each other up and recognize colleagues' hard work.

Trusting teams to conduct their work, as we are experts, and micromanage less. Focus on key initiatives and not scatter. Have better project managers and the right people on projects to execute.
