I've been working with the company for around 8 months and each month i was given a chance to meet my people to get to learn more, grind more, positive and forward thinking on what should we do next for any huddles, learn new stuff and develop our skill, i believe we can do better but i am satisfied

It is going well, there is improvements to be made company culture all around but we are in the right path. My personal experience has been great so far, no complaints. I have a supportive team, I challenge myself, I have ownership over projects which is highly important for me as I want to learn.

Communication down needs to improve. Lack of transparency on why, and lack of comms around change management. When change happens here, we have to find out about it through the grapevine.

Compensation market is higher and for the amount of work I do at Motive I am undervalued with pay. My boss is aware and is willing to try and promote me for higher pay eventually.

I'd like my coworkers to be more self-sufficient by utilizing the resources that we have and the knowledge that they possess to problem solve. We could work together better if they did this and asked me specific questions if they don't know what to do.

Some co-workers don't lend help when needed and often leave me behind, which hinders me as an intern to learn new stuff, I feel when I leave this organization I will instill a part of KT as my first ever job and this experience will be one of my "FIRSTS" in life, want some improvement there :)
