It is going well, there is improvements to be made company culture all around but we are in the right path. My personal experience has been great so far, no complaints. I have a supportive team, I challenge myself, I have ownership over projects which is highly important for me as I want to learn.

The people I get to work with. Ensuring that I can contribute towards the employee experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I help promote the employee experience and improve culture. Majority of the Austin onsite employees support with improving the culture. Collaboration and unity is a big thing in office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation market is higher and for the amount of work I do at Motive I am undervalued with pay. My boss is aware and is willing to try and promote me for higher pay eventually.
